My name is Katie Bernardo and I am a freshman here at the University of Kentucky! I grew up in a small town in southeastern Kentucky called Corbin. I am currently majoring in Agriculture Biotechnology with a minor in Studio Art and on a Pre-Med track! I know, everything seems pretty scattered, but I am just doing everything that I love!
Through the CIS 112 Service Learning Assignment, I am excited to experience the Wolf Run Wildlife Refuge, and to help as much as I can. I have always had a huge love for all animals, and volunteering at Wolf Run is a perfect opportunity for me! I hope you all enjoy this blog!
